Assuming these are codes you received when running the Key On Engine Off (KOEO) tests?

Code 114: ACT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.

Code 117: ECT sensor signal is less than the Self-Test minimum of 0.2 volts.

Code 636: TOT sensor voltage out of self test range.

If you do not warm the truck before running the KOEO tests it is typical to get those codes. This can also happen if the ambient temperature is extremely cold.

If the truck was warmed up and the ambient temperature is not sub-arctic then I would suspect an issue with a low VREF signal from the computer. I would also expect more sensors reporting low output in this scenario.

Is this normal to get code 114, 116, and 636 if you scan with a code reader when the vehicle has sat overnight and it's 40*? I recently replaced my ecm with a reman from BSE and Rockauto chasing mpgs that went from 12 to 6. When I opened it up it did have signs of a leak. O2 sensor was new and replaced months ago. Same as the Air temp and coolant sensor over a year ago. I've never scanned it before when cold, always after a drive. I reset the codes yesterday with the scanner and rescan came up 111 after the drive. Thanks for any info.
