It looks like you do have the connector for cruise. Its that gray connector in the center of your pic. Hopefully somebody else on here can confirm.

 

Just to clarify that wires coming from underneath and not at the Y. Although it does appear like it is it is an illusion from the picture. Here's some more pics

 

Yes, I think you and I are both in luck! I think the grey one is the connector to the brake master cylinder. Of course, you need the correct master cylinder for cruise. The connector that's attached to your driver's side fender is the one that goes to the servo. Yours is to the left of the EEC tester and comes from that "y." It measures about 2 1/4" by 1/2" wide. Mine was tucked so far under the fender I didn't see it until today. If nobody else here can attach pictures of an operational cruise setup I'll take pics tomorrow of one at a local junkyard.

 

In this thread people have used a jumper so they don't have to swap out Master cylinders. Is that correct?

 

Yes, that is correct. I think they use a spare spout connector.

 

Looks like it should be pretty straight-forward then. Swap it out. Does anyone know what these connectors are for?

Ok, these pics were taken off a '94 F1-50 with a 302:


This is the connection at the master cylinder (recall part). In that bundle of wires is a black square connector that connects to the recall part. On my '94 XL non cruise equipped truck that connector is attached to the side of the Power Distribution Box (see pic below).


Here's the connector to the servo. Notice it's the large connector coming from the "y." This connector is attached next to the EEC-IV tester on drivers side fender.

You need a master cylinder for cruise as well

 

In this thread they said you can bypass a new master cylinder. Are you positive about that last post

It was a junkyard truck. I took the servo and cable from it for myself.

 

If it was an E trans, that ECU & harness would be choice for a MAF conversion for a 5.8
