Hah! If I could do that I would find the ones I seem to lose every time I start an automotive project. Actually the ones I keep on losing are either 15mm shallow or 1/2" deep wells. I think I am on my third 15mm now. Not sure how that keeps happening.

I did find you a fender liner though! I will send you the tracking info tomorrow afternoon.

No I don't. Honestly I am not sure what inner flaps you're referring to. None of the three trucks I have had have had anything between the hard plastic fender liner and the frame.

let me see what i can dig up, i cut one when i did my power steering hose like a day after i got the truck... and i may just be crazy

 

So this is a soft rubber flap of some sort that goes below the fender liner and above the frame, correct? And it attaches to the fender liner?

 

Alright man, well I am off to bed. 5:30 comes early and I'm getting too old to work all day on no sleep. I will check this thread in the AM before I ship anything in case I end up going "Oh duh, yeah I've got that!" lol.
