Dang Lee. Not fun. I thought you had a garage to work In tho..
In the spirit of our thread title I got my new shop heater going tonight. 80000 btu seems to work quite well.
Now I can get back on resursction of my dd project I have been working on. Its a 87 f150 SC 351 4v 2wd. It should get me back n fourth just fine so I can give the Dodge back to my dad. Tomorrow night I just have to get the brakes put back together and swap out the brake booster. She's a rough ol dog but I have a pile of rust free tin here already to bring her back .
My plan is by the end of the weekend to be working finally exclusively on Clifford.

Yes! Bring on the big red dog!
I think I'm going to pick up a new (to me DD) this weekend as well. Looked at another Cheep the other night and I think I'm gonna go get it today or tomorrow. "Ran 2 months ago but now won't start" is the line. Hoping its something simple.

Nice heater! I had a nice unit we pulled out of a cabin but I gave it to a friend his shop was a little further along and full of nice wood where as mine is filling up with body panels...
bed is full plus there is a beautiful rust free oaklahoma bed behind the shop waiting to all get painted and installed...
5.8 ho 4v carb and 460 in 87 were carb. 4.9&5.0 were efi. I was perplexed before I bought it until I did some reading. Crazy thinking in 87 carbs were still the norm. Ironically the 89 d250 of my dads was first year efi. 5.9 with a holley TB and pathetic Chrysler controls. Man the drivability quirks are plenty. Always been lime that according to my dad.
Glen,
I have some questions for you regarding insurance and mailing addresses. I have a friend that has started RVing full time with no physical address. She is having a hard time getting auto coverage for her RV with lack of an address. Do you have the name of the company you use?
