where do you want them?
dash?
headrests?
overhead for rear seat?
I've done all three. I suggest the overhead setup. You can do 1 or 2. They run about $150-220 for a pair of them. I've seen them go for $110 or so induvidually. Just check eBay and find one that you like.
hint: make sure the speakers for whichever you pick face the viewer and not the front of the truck...can be kinda loud/annoying. ask my wife/I how we know. Kids are only allowed to use headphones now.

I couldn't decide what I wanted more...so I went to this instead
I think the headrests were a better choice...but in the Superduty it's kinda hard because the 99-07's are integrated with the seat frame. It requires a custom shop to install and that can jack the price up a little
was actually a nice unit. played anything you put in, had 2 pairs of headphones that came with it, it could work as a monitor...or it had it's own DVD drive...so I had all 3 linked to each other so the parents could control, or the oldest could watch her own...or she could dictate to the other 3 what they had to watch. pick your flavor and I'll try to point you a good direction
something like this is nice...except for the forward speakers. but if your kids can use headphones...not a problem

If you have 60/40 with the armrest, for under $50 you can set a regular DVD player on the armrest and not have to wire anything in.
Everyone in the back seat can see it fine, 12V plug reaches to the powerpoint and headphones can be worn if desired.
I drive a 6-speed and use the armrest and no I do not bump the DVD player.

Over head for sure! I have 4 kids so my oldest rides in front.
Thanks for the link!I'm checking them out and trying to find a rear facing speakers.
That our I have to order extra head phones.
Question! Do I need a flat mounting service to mount to? The SD have a support rib going across the center of the roof were the dome light is.
