Yeah, that helmet is something... Even I just have the performance series...

Welds look decent, should more than get the job done...

cool, thanks.

would there be any point to run a bead on the inside of the flange or would that only result in more grind/clean time?

Don't bother welding on the inside.

i did not have any carbide bits but i did have some crappy grinding stones. so i tried those for grinding out the inside of the housing. worked great and did not take long at all.




i am now officially ready for the turbo.
