What is the torque spec for pitman arm?

What is the torque spec for pitman arm?
Just got my drop down pitman. Does anyone know the the torque spec for it?

230-310 Nm (170-230 ft. lbs.) is what I have for it. In other words pretty darn tight!

Thanks Pete. Trying to get the old one off now. hopefully I can get it off with the pullers I have. I didn't want to take the steering box off.

got it off. Just had to use a little blue wrench.
