FINALLY, PC-11 new recipe HDO balloting approval is complete & first licensing is set for Dec 1-2016, as noted here. North American specification update
It's not clear that all parties can complete their licensing tests & have product available by that date, but if you don't have a new engine under that use warranty requirement, it won't matter.

 

BUMP: Some reduced phosphor CK-4 recipes have been shown to cause excessive engine component wear.
