There is a VERY restorable mid sixties F-100 shortbed with a 429 at Hodges Salvage Yard in Lawton OK on 2nd st. It's one of those deals where the guy went to jail and the state took his truck and Hodges bought it at auction. It has obviously had a lot of work done to it and the 429 is built. Needs bodywork to be finished. They're asking $1500 and it is worth every penny. I can't rescue this truck but it should go to somebody who will love it. It has clear title and runs.
