Help - FE390 coolant leak from exhaust manifold bolt

Recently I rebuilt a 1970/73 FE 390. The heads were redone by a reputable shop. The engine was broken, run 3-4 times. It hasn't been driven though. After the last time the engine was run, a slow coolant leak develop on the underside of the driver side exhaust manifold. It's possible the leak is coming from one of the lower exhaust manifold bolts. Has anyone experienced this before or has seen it?

There shouldn't be any coolant reaching the exhaust manifold bolt holes unless the hole was drilled out due to a broken bolt, but drilled too deep.
I'd be inclined to think the head gasket is leaking.

Head gasket. No coolant reaches the manifold bolts.

Pulling the bolt in question will tell you when coolant comes out after the bolt does

If this is the case, RTV or some other type of glue, like you'd use on water pump bolts is in need here.

What I would do if this is the case is bring the head back to the machinist who botched the job, but not sure if that's something you want to get into.

Try warming her up than re-torque the head.
