OK. Good idea. I've just joined this website. So I'm still figuring it out. I'll give that a try. I try to maintain my vehicle and keep it clean, but I'm sure you do a better job.
I'm pretty meticulous about some things. I like it to look good. I need my truck to last
a good while longer, too.

Have you had any problems with the power windows? I see in some posts people
have had that issue. I'm having a problem with the left rear passenger window and
also sometimes the driver window. It wants to stick and not go up. Other times it's
fine.

I'm wondering if I should replace those power units before they go dead.

I actually have had no problems with the power windows on my truck, but yes it is a common problem. You can either buy new switches or clean the contacts on the ones you got. I don't think they are hard to get to, I will try to find a post for you on how to do it.

Thanks! I didn't know you could do that. I also have a loose wire in the rear driver's
side door. When I giggle it, the sound comes and goes in the speaker. I'm not sure
what to do about that. Any idea?

I'm wondering if I need to remove the door panel. There is that rubber covering
that goes from the door into the panel side. If I move it or shake it, the sound
comes and goes. So I know there's something loose there somewhere.

here is a good write up on cleaning the window switches from another forum.
How to Fix a Defective Window Switch - F150online Forums

don't know about your speaker wire. I haven't done it, but understand that removing the door panel is not hard. If you are gonna do it, ask the guys on here for help, they will be able to tell you better.

Now I've just started to notice that the engine is running a little rough when I first
start and it's sitting in idle. I'm wondering if this is related to the ticking or cam phasers.

This morning it's cold here, about 48 degrees. I know when I go out to start it, it's
going to be really loud and now maybe run rough. New problem.

I don't know what happened to our warm weather for spring. It suddendly disappeared
and now we're back to cloudy/hazy skies and very chilly. Hoping next week they're
right and we'll get some warm weather back!

While it was nice last week, I washed my truck and cleaned the inside. Try to keep it
super clean. I have a dog with white hair and my interior is black leather. Hate it when
he sheds! Going horseback riding this afternoon and pulling my trailer. My favorite
thing to do -- gotta ride!
