If I didnt go turbo the only thing that would need to be modified would be the floor for the E4OD, If using the C6 no mod's needed...But I want to take full advantage of the Diesels fuel mileage.

Turbo mods to the floor on the passenger side, This corner needs to be bent in about 1 1/2 to 2" to clear up and down pipes

Here is the finished dented fire wall...16" from the gas pedal hole to the air box

This spot needs about a 1/4 inch removed to fit the gear reduction starter, And the dot is for the ETG probe about a half moon of a nickel

The Ford HI starter is way too big, And the motor being reversed makes for nice steering clearance

Heres my pan was going to just notch but would of only had 2-2 1/2 inch sump not enough for all the trouble so its raised about 1 1/2" and the back indention was flattened as well as some of the front to add back some lost capacity.

Drivers side engine mount all welded up and bolted in

Passenger side all mounted up

PS box has about 1 1/2 inches ended up better then I expected

Oil pan finished up...I know the weld looks like s**t but chasing down leaks was

You can see here why I had to trim the frame a little has good clearance now.

Transmission cross member was lowered 1" to clear floor

Front of the oil pan to frame cross member

Hope to have it up and running this weekend if all goes right.

You dont like the soup bowl...It hides the turbo but you can hear it spooling up real nice...

I think it looks pretty good on there fills the engine bay...I dont think I'll be able to inter cool it theres very little room in from of my radiator....

Very nice build! I like the 70's Ford chassis. They are quite unique and have a no-nonsense, all work look to them. It's too bad Ford didn't start offering Diesels in the 70's.

The Hypermax kits use the stock air filter. There is an adapter that fits under the air pan.

Best looking truck ever made, Now with one of the best diesels

I'll get a picture of the Hypermax air intake, Probally the second most expensive part of the kit....It would be nice if was an option but the CDR hooks to it makes for a clean install.
