1954 F100 Fuel Tank Pickup Line Question
My 1954 F100 has a flexible line going into a brass fitting and then a rigid line going into the tank.
Right now that brass fitting is held on the tank by some type of epoxy so it doesn't pull out of the tank. (Not sure if that is the normal way)
My question: Does anyone know of any fittings that will allow me to mount this fitting or pickup tube more securely to the gas tank?
Any suggestions or idea's would be greatly appreciated

I have a hard line into the 45 degree tank pickup fitting. It is screwed into the pick up tube boss. If yours is epoxied in, it was either stripped out or leaking. You can pick up the 45 degree fitting at Mid Fifty...part # 1672 for $5.50
If your pick up tube fitting is stripped you might be able to tap it out and install an adapter for the fitting to screw into.
