It is in Monticello at River Terrace campground. Hope you can make it! This is a no kids weekend so it should be interesting! Time to let loose.

I'll check it out. I assume ( I Know, I know) most weekends are full of kids since most here seem to have them. Are there other 'no kid' weekends too? I am NOT a good role model for children. I've already ruined mine.

I am not sure on other weekends as of now but don't let that stop you from coming! We aren't all the best role models either especially after the kids are in bed!

Yep, you got that right. We manage to have a good time either way and the cops have only shown up once, but I was not there. LOL

Guess I should have looked closer at the calendar. Got something this weekend I could skip and something next weekend I am already commited to. I had the weekends switched in my head. DOH! Maybe next time.

I was a little disappointed when I realized the dates don't work for me, but I'll keep my eyes open for the next one for sure.

That should give you time to get the beast up and running 100% too.

Except it seems endless, but it's not too bad. Did the coolant tonight and flushed the anti-freeze out of the water system. Filled the fresh water. Couple of other small things to do. And my generator. I'm saving that treat for last.

I did take it for a 10 mile test drive tonight. Last fall, as I was braking from 55 mph to turn into my driveway, I experienced what I think is the death wobble I've heard about in the SD. I crapped my pants, so needless to say I had BOTH hands on the wheel tonight. Hope it was a one time deal related to road condition/braking force/weight distribution/speed. Guess time will tell.

Sounds like you have your to list pretty full. Have you ever tried blowing out your water lines? I used to do the antifreeze and some of the guys on here talked me into using air instead. Works great IMO. Good luck!

I gave up on the antifreeze.

(this one is for Cory, Mike, Troy, Dave) You just need to give it a good blow job and all will be good. Just anti freeze in the drains.

Then it does not take forever to get the nasty taste out of the lines each spring.

That is funny stuff Jay! LOL

Yep I only blow the lines out as well and just dump some antifreeze down the drains. Not looking forward to this new camper as they left the antifreeze in there cause they were worried it was gonna be too cold and freeze on me so now I have to flush all the lines which is no big deal but I am sure I will have that nasty taste in the lines for a while.

What the.......... why for me????

LOL!!

I will be flushing the lines in the camper today, PO has antifreeze in them. I used air on the last camper and it seemed to work good, don't know for sure since we sold it before winter ended.

I've never put antifreeze in the lines. Ever. Always given them a "blow job"! LOL

Up until this year I have always pulled traps too, and not anti-freezed the drains. But with this camper I did anti-freeze the drains...
