Tongue Weight - F-750

Tongue Weight - F-750
I come to you all, since I know there are some smart people in here (I know, I know it is the wrong forum) BUT
I need something to pull a 21,000 lb backhoe on a 7,000 lb trailer - I'm limited to around $55k (No, this is not my money - it is for my company - we bought this new backhoe with the intention of buying a dump truck but state funding killed that and now we have this pintel hitch trailer for our brand new backhoe and no way to pull it). My next option - is to present to the state a lesser option. The F-750 is a lot cheaper than the Peterbuilt 337 I had originally specked BUT does anyone know if it can handle this on the tongue weight?
Here is the link to the Spec book -

the salesman wasn't much help - he wanted me to provide HIM with specs... Chevy is not an option, as they only go up to the 3500 (and it rates up to 21,000 lbs on a gooseneck) and Dodge is supposed to get back to me. I'm really aiming for a Ford (for obvious reasons) but am stuck figuring this out on my own... any help?
F-750 has a GVWR of 37,000 lbs. Front axle of 10,000 and the rear axle capability of 21,000.

I would imagine that you would not be over on the tongue weight. Most trailers figure 10-20 percent tongue weight. This would put you at a max of 5,600 lbs. An F-750 will probably weigh around 14,000 to 16,000 by the time you get a bed on it. Even if half of the weight of the truck is on the rear axle your rear axle weight will still be around 13,600. We pulled a dozer that weighed close this for years with an F-800 with a gas 429 and the truck handled it fine, not the fastest in the world, but it still handled it.

Some more light on the subject > 1954 F800 (391) 20 ton Eager Beaver,
will do Cat 215 Excavator, TD15 Dozer. Again its not a speed demon, but
gets the job done. The dump truck comes in at 15,500. Ill bet I have had
around 60,000 gr. on junking stuff. May sound like a lie, but the scrap
yard is about 3miles all with 30-35 mph speed limit smooth back road.
This is with pintle hitch. E.B trailers are sweet when empty you dont even
know there's a trailer back there. Dont know why, but Im not allowed to
att. pictures but there in my garage somewhere. sp
