2011 drivers window

Is there a way to adjust how the window sits when it is rolled up on a super duty?

Thanks in advance!

When the window is up. Getting wind noise and already replaced the window seal once. Passenger side is quiet and I am done everything. I adjusted the door at the striker and that helped but now trying to get the last bit out. I want it quiet as the passenger door

ahhhhh i see, is this possibly a dealer issue? got to be something going on here. If replacing parts didnt make a difference maybe look elsewhere, like maybe the Mirror...
or how about the grommets that the wiring comes through the fire wall.

My harness poped out of place on mine, had to push it back into place to make a seal.
I dont remember that making any wind noise thow... its realy not subject to wind, but just trying to get you to look other places. Good luck

If you're getting wind noise, it is more likely the door seal than the window seal. You're looking at needing a hinge adjustment, rather than a striker adjustment. The downside is, that new paint is going to be cracked off the hinge bolts afterwards, so decide if you really care about it.

i think cartman may be right on this one, when you push on the window you may be also flexin the door frame thus making more noise from the seal.

This sounds funny, but do you think you would entertain a test? In my head i see a ratchet strap all the way around the cab, pulling in the doors towards the seals.... take for test drive and see what happens.....

or maybe something more realistic, some blue painters tape.... around the window seal;
test drive, then around the door frame; then test drive.... see what the results are.

This will lead you to where the problem is

Just try pushing on the frame around the glass instead of the glass next time and see if it makes the wind noise worse.

Well I haven't had much luck with the dealer. They don't care about customers and are tough to deal with. That's why I look on my own

You don't have to go to the dealership you bought it at. Find one with better service.

not all of them brotha, shop around... they get paid by you or ford corp either way, i would be happy to gain a new customer if i were them... there is still a thing called customer service, some people still believe in it
