Trannie leaking like a faucet
Has anyone ran into this problem?
I put a new torque convertor on my 1995 Diesel a couple of months ago.
Was running fine and then suddenly it started to leak at an alarming rate. I removed it, had it inspected at a buddies shop and we could find no points were it may be leaking.
It tends to only leak in park though.

It probably needs a new seal in the front of the trans where the torque converter slides in. If they didn't replace it (or even if they did) when they installed the converter it is possible that it was damaged in the process. Those tend to leak only when hot and then seal up when the thing cools down.
