Alright those of you who live near Auburn/Algona OR anyone else, we have a car show in July along with our small festival thing called Algona Days. I have a form, entry fee is $10, $5 if you bring a non-perishable food. You can print out the picture i suppose and turn it in that way or some down and get a for from the City hall. I'm sorry if the picture is kinda fuzzy, my scanner wasn't working so i used my camera

My truck has been entered already and i plan to do the parade too.


usually they have Lawn Mower races the next day but i am not sure this year, i haven't heard about it. As for where it is, just follow this website and in the upper right side there is an address.

That is where you turn in the fee and entry form. There used to be more classes but since it is really kind of a small show there isn't as much this year. I am shooting for the best truck category since there is no more best 4x4. I would do best project but there are a lot of people doing project vehicles around here so i would lose quickly.

Other info, there is generally a lot of vendors and things for kids to do, there is also a playground next to the city hall if your kids get bored.

I hope to see some fellow FTErs there.
