Tire carrier bolts

Hey guys, I'm trying to find the bolts for my tire carrier since some of the original ones were lost during the paintjob. So far I've had no luck, so what I ask is if any of you can help me out with this?.

I know they are metric with 10mm heads... I have no idea what the thread pitch is but I can only assume its metric. I don't like the OEM bolts because they are steel, poorly sealed against corrosion, and as such prone to galling, rusting through, and snapping off when one attempts to remove them. Something in stainless and maybe a Torx or Allen head would make a much nicer fastener in my opinion.

But i tried 10mm and they didn't go in... mine were apparently 9mm... If they're actually 10mm i'll buy marine-grade bolts.

Stainless bolts gall up easier then carbon steel, a dab of antiseize compound makes both more removable.

Well, they will when you consider you are mating dissimilar metals. Nothing is perfect when you add the elements. I only say 10mm because I've never removed the one from my 93 and that's what is holding it on.
