I have been running a flashpaq for a few months not and today i came across the power pup real cheap and i hooked it up, im not sure how much of a difference there is, which is better for the 7.3 and is the crazy larry download available for this model

 

I'll jump in here before everybody and their mother chimes in about how their friends' cousins' ex-mother-in-law had one of these and that you'd be better off spending more money on a "custom tuned" chip.

What is the main reason for switching programmers? If you're looking for better power, you won't find it with ANY programmer, chip, or magic pixie dust because your injectors are the limiting factor. Once you change injectors (for more power), you will HAVE to run different programming that is "custom tuned" because the tuning on either of those programmers is set up for stock injectors; neither of which will run aftermarket injectors properly.

That being said, I am pretty sure that the "Crazy Larry" doesn't apply to the 7.3L trucks.

 

I just changed because I have heard all the rumors about the programmers, I know I need bigger injectors, I'm just experimenting
my truck also stopped smoking when I switched to the bully dog
