Much better off finding a good wax/sealant and doing it yourself. No products will ever last that long

Ok, Here is a video of this product. At the 45 second mark of the video it is being applied to a Jeep. It doesn't appear to be to difficult to apply to your vehicle. So, who has seen this stuff being put on and how hard is it to apply?

I have Cilajet on my truck. Im not all that enamoured with it. They told me its almost spray on soap and rinse off clean. WRONG. Also for the shine. Not all that great of a shine if you ask me. And it does not repel water like the above video in any sense of the word.

Nothing beats a good solid detailing and some beers.

Thanks for the Intel W7PSK on the Cilajet product.

I called the company and talked to them about it. They make no such claims and say that normal washing with a mild soap should be done. Its not to replace washing or waxing, but to seal the paint from damage unfriendly sources.

It does last longer than a wax but is not a permanent armor. Ones expectations must be realistic.

Something to think about also.. paint breaths out solvents for a few weeks after being applied so you may want to wait a while after delivery to apply anything.

Pretty sure from time painted to delivery to dealer is a couple of weeks as it is.

the factory paint is baked so it it is fully cured before you get the truck and safe to wax or seal
