You can just redo the color if you can't find any. I did that on some and the dash pad, pretty easy job to do. I have seen the ones you are looking for on E-bay ever so often .

As sought after as the green interior is, you think someone would reproduce it, but no one does.

You haven't missed anything. They just don't make green interior parts. Don't know why, but probably just a demand problem.

ok, maybe I'll go for black. My dashpad has a lot of cracks and I'm considering to replace it as well one day. Black dash and black panels wouldn't look that bad on a green truck wit green seat and carpet.
I'll definitely not paint any of the interior or hide the dash under a plasic cover.

You could also get a different color and paint/dye it green if you find a good color match in interior paint.

Can't vouch for these but this company has a dark green door panel they say fits.

Coverlay Mfg| Replacement Door Panel Coverlay 12-35-GRN

You can also order the same panels through JC Whitney for a few dollars more with free shipping. Again I don't have a clue as to the quality and fit.
