ok i did my best trying to take a video/ sound bite that captures the tick...you can hear it best in the cab. i have not been able to locate where the tick is from yet. any ways you know of to find it better? thanks and you can only hear it under load, not in park

I am also interested in this as I have the same noise in my truck. I have talked to other guys about this and they say it's most likely a cracked manifold, which I guess is fairly common? I have tried locating the leak, but I can't feel any air coming from anywhere around the manifold/exhaust system, but I'm thinking about putting headers on anyway. The noise on my truck is coming from the passenger side.
