So ive got my eyes set on an 08-10 f250 autodimming rear view mirror and i was wondering if the mirror moutns are the same because i would really like to add this to my truck if it is an easy swap also i was wondering if the newer mirrors are any bigger because mine is tiny personally and im always adjusting it.

 

Yup, you can put the newer mirror on the older trucks. I believe all you have to do is cut off a little plastic tab on the housing. And the blind spot mirror on the bottom is much bigger, its really nice to drive with.

 

I meant the rearview mirror inside on the windshield lol sorry i should have ebeen more specific, thats still great info tho thank you! ive also ben looking into the 08 towing mirrors recently bc mine are all beaten to death lol.
