It's been a while since I made any real EcoBoost updates here but I recently rec'd a PM suggesting I do just that.
To get caught up to speed I will post a few other pics & a bit of info of other current projects too.
The EcoProject is to the point of really gaining some ground but there are a few other things that need to be done first.

Current Projects:
1) 1966 EcoBoost Engine Swap
2) 1966 F100 shorty with "482"
3) 1966 F250 "Ranger"
4) 1966 F100
5) 1986 Full Size Bronco (My oldest) this will be very minimal detail as Bronco forum for that.
Just to show a lot going on and trying to play catch-up after all the medical stuff.
I have now owned the '66 427 truck for over 15yrs but right now the EcoBoost F100 is a bit higher on the food chain because I need a daily driver for longer distances.
Right now the '66 Ranger and the light Blue '66 F100 are my only means of transportation: Daily drivers.
After nearly 50yrs without a gasket being replaced on the '66 F100 I have a pretty major oil leak so its use is minimal and kept to within 10 miles or so from home.
Parts store runs, home depot, lowes, lunch, bringing my daughter to work etc.
So not only will this be the EcoProject it will also be for my other projects. Too much work to keep track of a couple threads . .
My oldest daughter bought the Ranger a few years back and drove it as her only vehicle for approx 3yrs. It never left her stranded. ONLY things that went wrong is a set of points, vacuum modulator for transmission and the plastic fitting on power brake booster. So less than 35.00 for 3 years of use not counting fuel and oil changes.
She put on approx 25k miles, it was much much more reliable than most of her friends late model cars needing tons of $$ to keep them going.

Daughters Bronco Project which is taking up time away from Eco Project until its in paint.
Stripped it down, DP74LF epoxy then the K36 of course blocking in between. Yesterday I re-primed and am hoping its the final primer.
Its going Black with flat black hood and topper so its gotta be fairly straight.
Best part is once its in paint my daughter can put it together while I get back on the EcoProject.
Further bronco posts and info can be found in the Bronco section.

I am also in middle of a 418 FE engine build
Started off with a 390 that was way down on power and bending push rods.
Pistons were .120 in the hole, less than 8 to 1 comp
I had a spare 428 crank so by just adding that and leaving everything else alone it would get me to .020 in the hole (.200 longer stroke)
Lets just say it snowballed from there and its now got the new BBM alum heads and a bit of "tweaking".
Its all set for a 65-66 F series truck. LOL
Hmmm, the blue '66 F100 has a bad oil leak . . This would be the ultimate oil leak fix but really need to sell the 418.
Where its at now. Lets just say it has zero piston to deck clearance, and a bit of precise engine work with a bit of overbore . .
Goal is to make 475hp for a daily driver with a hydraulic flat tappet cam and non adjustable rockers.

Its been a while on the EcoBoost project.
Now that I have finally made HUGE progress from where it was and that it now seems "possible" to get this completed as I had planned. . .
I had it running back in March.
Someone had spun the steering wheel with steering not connected and took out the clockspring causing a bunch of feedback in weird area's.
Upon first start the CAC/Intercooler was not hooked up either.
In past week I finally built a complete new CAC/Intercooler system from the turbo's to the cooler, built a custom cooler to fit within frame rails simply because one could not be bought. All done and installed now.
Cab mounting and dash are all figured out but took many hundred hours to do.
No way no how would all the electronics begin to fit behind the '66 dash. Had no choice either '11-14 dash or a full blown custom. This will be a cross between custom and '11-14.
At this time the suspension, steering, brakes and full chassis are completed.
Another HUGe task was getting the core support mounted in the tight confines.
It had to be moved back close to 3" from 11-14 and dropped down around 7"
The 11-14 trucks have another 12" of room from front axle line forward vs the '66 giving it much more room.

A big help in getting everything to fit was the installation of a 11-14 Firewall.
Also the entire 11-14 floor from a SuperCab which was trimmed to fit.
Having a spare '66 dash helped too.
It was a bit of a challenge fitting floor to firewall.
Another issue was trying to make the '11-14 HVAC to fit

I also installed new kick panel area sheet metal for a '11-14
the entire floor and firewall needed to be removed to find proper position of cab.
Of course at this point the plan was to use the '11 firewall n floor
Rear cab opening was enlarged 6"
Just by moving pieces of sheet metal around.
Ended up with this

By lowering seat 4-5" it will allow me to keep original seat covers and not have to chop up the seat frame.
I have 3 full sets of OEM upholstery: Gray, Tan & Black. Looks like this one will get the black interior.
Had to do some major mods to inner structure of dash in order to clear the HVAC.
Prob 4-5" was removed from depth of dash as the windshield is far more straight up vs the huge rake of the '11-14
