hey challenger,
can you get me a picture of the area under the truck where you welded the floor pan. when the body shop installed mine they left a gap. I don't think it should be there. looks like it would be a dirt collector but they said it was the way the pans were made. im questioning that. see picture attached of what mine looked like before , its the area down to the right next to the rocker . you can see daylight there , the pan covered the daylight but the hole is still there.

The site guidelines also state that "FTE does not host...legal discussion."
It seems to me that Randy didn't start the "legal discussion" on the Ecoboost forum.
He has, however, started many informative discussions that have caused Ford truck enthusiasts like me to visit this site daily, see the sponsors ads, and occasionally buy things from them.

If you scroll back a bunch of posts in this thread Randy openly commented on having a dispute with a moderator and was likely leaving FTE. His final sentence was if we do not see him around we would know why.

i am well aware of the drama, although I didn't know for sure that Randy got banned. Hopefully it's a temperarey ban and he will be back. This site is a better place with him here. You seem to be skipping over the main reason for my original post on this thread yesterday, and that was " I don't know what blue351's post has to do with this thread"? That's all, not trying to argue, not trying to dig up drama or create more. As for Randy, fortunately for me he is a local and I can contact him.

Just happened to be searching RANGER on google and found the RangerMercMan post on the 66 Merc Ranger. That in itself was enough to post. I also had text messages with Chad very recent.

Back in late March or Early April I drove my '66 Short Bed to a fellow FTE members place to buy a Stock Radio. It was 88 Miles round trip.I used a FULL tank of gas. Cost more for fuel than to buy the radio! LOL
After spending nearly 5k to get the EFI working properly on a whim I put the 427 on local craigslist. A few days later it was gone!
I started to build a very basic FE to replace it. Dropped off my last 3 engine blocks at machine shop and got the runaround for 5 months plus. was supposed to be 2 weeks.
Only to find out the shop RUINED all 3 blocks!
I had bought a 9k mi 2018 F150 donor truck with a 5.0 10spd to use engine and trans in my 66 short bed. After buying truck found very very minimal damage so fixed it for my daily.
THEN, I got wind of Ford Performance building/selling only (5) 450/510 Raptor crate engines. The rest is history . . Sold the MINT 150 and bought the Raptor crate engine plus another F150 Donor 3.5 10R80

That surely was not the PLAN to be back but after finding the Mercury Ranger here along with the 64 XL and
recent contact with FTE members, Texting/Email with Chad I realized I missed this place.
What pics ya want to see? The boring Raptor Crate 10R80 swap or the '64?
