Got the lariot dash display

My GM's have the pressure in each wheel displayed in the DIC. Just today the tpms warning light went off on my truck. I pulled over and had to check each tire as I had no idea which one it was causing the warning. It's not a big deal, but once you have something, it is hard to give up. If you have never had it, you probably don't miss it. Like power telescoping mirrors...I never knew that I needed them until I got my '11! Good luck getting me to give them up!

I agree. I also think it would be very useful and easy to add some more parameters to the screen that just shows coolant temp and oil temp. How about Secondary Coolant System temp, oil pressure, EGT, intake air temp (after intercooler), to name a few? This does not seem difficult since the parameters are already in the computer.
Yes, just wishful thinking I suppose

They could use that screen to tell us which tire is the issue instead of making us run around to each tire only to fail on the third one and start over again.
If a $10,000 kia can do this, I know a super duty programmer can add this to our trucks that are a bit above $10,000.
Reasonable; yes, no?

My wife has an 08 Honda Odyssey and it displays individual pressure for all 4 tires. Also when you rotate the tires, it just knows. No re-learning procedure. Since that was the first TPMS I had, I just thought they were all like that. Guess not. Doesn't really matter with my F350 though because TPMS is not even an option with duallies. I think I'll be picking up my own after-market system that covers the truck and trailer.

First, it does alert you to an issue while you're driving even though I check my own tire pressure in advanced but usually only prior to towing.
Second, for 75% of the people on the road, they need TPMS to remind them their vehicle actually has tires that require maintenance.
TPMS is good for them.
I'm okay with the system now BUT Ford needs to add some improvements to make it operate a bit better because it's not going anywhere.
