Not shifting right

I have a question for you guys.

I have a 2006 F-350 SRW. After I start it and take off, it's not shifting right. It only happens in the morning or after it's been parked for a while. It just started doing this. The other morning I started it and let it run for about 10-15 min before I left and it wasn't too bad but still did it.

Have any of you had this problem or have any suggestions.

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what "right" is in your post. We need more info on what your problem is.

I'm sorry. It's an automatic and it's like it stays stuck in low gear. Once it warms up it's fine. Sorry it's kind of hard to explain.

Check the fluid level and see if it smells burnt or is dark in color. When was the last time you had the trans flushed?

These trucks can do some strange things when cold.

Actually I just bought the truck last month from my dad. He bought it about 6 months ago. It has about 112,000 miles. I don't think it has ever been flushed yet.
