Richard,
As a Vietnam Vet I thank you for your interest and participation in this event.
The Traveling Wall came to Payson, AZ in June of 2008 and I thoroughly enjoyed my participation as a volunteer. I even got in on helping to erect the Wall.
It was pretty sobering and quite emotional to see the names of men I knew and will never forget. My Avatar is in rememberance of all who have served and will serve.

I had the pleasure of visiting "The Wall" in DC in 1985. I was 18 yrs old and had only been in the Army for a few months and I couldn't believe the emotion that it brings when standing in front of it. Being so young I didn't really understand what it was all about until I stood there reading the names. It's a moment that I'll never forget.
Thanks Richard for your support.
