I was going to jump on this one for the grill since I found a crack in mine, but after the guy sent me a pic of it... It won't work as I have emergency lights mounted on my grill now and by the looks of this one... No flange to mount the lights to.

So if anyone is interested....$50 for the grill and header... 2002 F250 Headerboard and Grille
