Sorry, food plan sounds good to me.

Burgers/dogs for lunch(dinner for Troy) and Pizza for dinner(supper for Troy).

I can either bring some burger and dogs or pick some up on the way down.

Sounds like a plan.

We (which means Cary) will go to Aldi for the fruit pizza anyway. So we can get that the burgers and dogs too. As well as some other stuff.

So we will need

Chips - Troy
Pop - Tom (maybe someone else too. I suspect we will do a bit)
Cookies/Snacks
Donuts or the like for the AM? - Mike
I got some bottled water here, as well as tap.

If you all split that up, we should be great!

I can bring the truck, but I have no overdrive or it starts blinking at me, so it's gonna cost a bit of fuel to get it there.

I need some stuff figured out on the other "truck" too. I am tempted to order a torque converter and overnight it just to get it put in w/o the rebuild for now.

The van has an oil leak (surprise surprise). I may not get it fixed this week, but I've had 3 or 4 different answers on where it's coming from. I need to nail it down so I can get it taken care of. It also runs like total crap when it gets wet (wash engine or underbody car wash).

So here's the laundry list on the truck besides the brown metal eating parasite (aka rust).
Rear main? I suspect this is where the major leak is.
Front differential (moan in 4WD)
Rear differential (speedo bouncing above 55)
Glow Plugs
Driver door latch cable
transmission

I think the plan is to sell the van, so not sure about how much effort I should put into it. The kid in me says fix the truck. The adult says fix the van.

I did think about renting a car trailer and hauling the van behind the truck.

 

Food plan sounds good. I can bring something or just bring some cash to cover whatever.

I will go to cosco and get a couple 36 packs of pop, one mt dew and what else. Will some of you drink diet mt or diet dr pepper. That could be the other but only if a few will drink it...Otherwise I will just get something else... I will also bring some cash to chip in for lunch and dinner......

 

I'll bring water in addition to the water that Tom is bringing for his fish bowl.

I'll get some flavored waters to bring.

I'm gonna try to make this to meet you folks. Not sure if it work yet since I still have things to get done. I have been working feverishly the last 2 nights on my Crown Vic to free up some time this weekend. I also have a '00 Intrigue that needs a head gasket. I'm not even sure why I picked this thing up.
