Gentlemen, trying to help my 80 year old granddad With his 2003 F-250 King Ranch.The truck has 107K miles, I have change the ICP sensor twice over the past 10 years. The filters are changed regularly as is the oil. The truck is never towed anything substantial. Today I was driving it because he told me it was given a problem and it seemed whenever I was about 1/8 throttle it cut off. I drove it all day yesterday with no issues. When it was cutting off the turn signals would not work or the hazards. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what this problem may be? The alternator was changed last year I believe. And I believe he’s put a couple batteries in over the past few years as well.

Check into the EGR my dad has had his changed as soon as his warranty was up.
