BIG Truck Yard Heaven, well almost...

So I heard about this place (word of mouth) by 2 different people and after the second guy told me about it I remembered (vuagely) the first conversation?? I must have been really I'll that day or something???

Anyway this guy has been selling off his late fathers lifelong collection for the last few months (lots of the 2 ton smaller stuff apparently already gone)

He sounds very workable. and most all of it's for sale, some already sold. Anyone see thier next project?? I'm happy to look at anything in particular.
Located in Salt LAke Ut.

Anyway, Enjoy.

Looked for rare wheels for Mark and Stu but not much there that I found in the way of wheels?

Not all fords but old! I got to the point I couldn't take any more pictures, Sorry. I'll go back as I'm sure I missed stuff.
also had a very nice American Lafrance LAdder truck (HUGE BEAST) and a Seagraves open cab Firetruck Probably late 30's ??? I forgot pictures. I'll get some next time.

This one is sold! it's a good thing too or I would have it in my yard already...

EDIT: oops. sorry I forgot this

He said he has 8 acres (mostly cars and such) across town. going to go see that as well, soon as i can. it was fun just to wander the place. tons of storage containers and big truck trailers full of anyones guess! the huge fire truck he said would probably sell it for scrap price? i cant even imagine what it weighs in at? its got to be near 60' ?

Wish it were on this coast. The "crack heads" around here have stolen everything to sell for scrap. They've stolen my scrap metal right in front of my shop, with me there.

That sucks. you need to set a special piece out that is hooked up to some electricity so when they grab it they get whats left of those rotten teeth melted from their skulls!

i was just looking at the pictures and it seems im missing quite a few? must not have selected them all i guess? ill ad them in morning.
