Yes, the 360 and 390 blocks are the same. Different crankshaft stroke. of course you can bore and stroke a 360 block out to be very near a 428. If you're feeling really ambitious you can ad a set of performance heads, but really, isn't all that just overkill?

I haven'tbeen to Amigos for a while now. Looks like a decent collection there. I saw that Torino wagon in the background. What a shame and waste or car.
I take my engines to Warman automotive. They work during the day and work at home on engines at night there. They usually are cheaper than the shops in the city. Less overhead for them.
