Just drove her home



73 F100 Grandfather just gifted me, I was 5 when we drove it home off the showroom floor. 78,000 original miles 390/C6 Put a battery in her and drove it home. Looking forward to showing everyone the 21st century updates I give it. As you can see in the background we're a Ford family. Daily driver 03 F250 V10 7" Pro Comp lift 37" BFG KM2's. Just joined the site looking forward to meeting other Ford lovers!!!

NICE! That's pretty much what mine (the Pumpkin, now being restored) looked like when it was new.
What are your plans for her?
Be sure to post LOTS of pictures.....we all love truck ****.

The color stands out for sure, but that's what I love about it. Planning on some drive train upgrades and maybe lower it a touch but want to keep it as original looking as possible. How is your restore coming along, I have a bit of normal sheet metal to repair (cab supports up front) but all in all she's pretty good I suppose.
