fuel leak help

Hey guys, I have been smelling fuel the past day or so so i got under the hood and I'm leaking fuel out of the bottom of the fuel filter housing. Please forgive me I'm not sure what everything is called so i will do my best to explain it. It looks like it is leaking at the bottom of the housing that u take of to do the spring upgrade, its not a really bad leake but enough that it needs fixed. I hope I didn't lose you and i hope it makes sence.lol

And yes I check to make sure everything was tight, oh I just did fuel filters 2 weeks ago with OEM filters.

Make perfict sense

Need to replace the Keyhole Gasket ASAP cause it could cause Low Fuel pressure and ruin Injectors

Either this or could be runing down from Cap

Is this the spot your leaking Fuel out

No yoou can reuse the Housing but to get the Keyhole gasket you might have to get the whole kit IDK some places will sell just the spring You will have to ask the parts guy

I went with the whole kit cuz I wanted all the gaskets and orings in case I need them

I'd buy the whole kit. Had one last month leaking from there and there was a small crack in the housing.

This sounds more like a FICM or injector issue.

If your leaking fuel you could have low fuel pressure Fix that upper fuel bowel first

Low fuel press will kill injectors

also smell oil does it smell like diesel fuel watch for few see if your making oil for awhile I checked mine once a week for a couple weeks shure enough them injector orings was leaking
