I knew when I purchased the truck from previous owner , he had changed out the bumpers , And that the air bag light was flashing in dash . I just finished some repair work and started the engine, when a series of beeping started . Find out it has to do with SRS code, have to change bulb in dash ( air bag light ) in order to stop beeping sound . How do you change the light in the dash?? Is it difficult to do?, Or do I need a pro to do it ?

Changing the air bag bulb is pretty easy, once you get the cluster out. While you're in there, might as well replace the bulbs for the dash lights. They'll be needing it soon.....

And yeah, the beeping from a burned out air bag light is quite annoying......

 

Then you have to fix the code for the bag. My bet is clock spring. Does the horn work? cruise control?
