the King Ranch will be a sweet truck!! Even if you have to put some money into the engine, the chassis and interior will make it worthwhile!!

I agree, if OASIS checks out good and there wasnt any degas bottle pressurization, it will be fine for the expensive stuff as long as it stays stock.
Head gasket job is expensive, but a 6.4 requires about half the cost of that job to do a tuner DPF delete - unless you want a 14 mpg truck!
Factor in some front end work because at 160K its ball joints, tie rods, steering stabilizer shock, and shocks!
