When I am running under light load, it doesn't matter if it is 35 mph or 65 mph, it feels as if there is a slight miss in the motor. As soon as I have to add any throttle, speeding up or start pulling a hill, it goes away. Other wise it runs good and fuel economy is good. I have done the under cover 50 cent mod and have checked for any other loose connection. I have 240,000 on the clock.

 

If you have the grey CPS it could be that. I have not noticed it at speed, but I have at idle when the RPM's are lower. If you have access to AE you could run diagnostics on it and see if that shows anything. Other than that you are at the mercy of trial and error locating it.

 

I have a black cps, changed last year. No access to AE. It seems to run good most of the time except under light load. Idle is nice and steady. I don't know if the age of the injectors have anything to do with it. As long as it is running good I don't think I will start chasing anything yet. I was hoping someone would have something quick and easy that I was overlooking. Thanks.
