Finished with installing new oil cooler, egr delete, new fuel filters, oil filter, new coolant, new oil and a ton of new o rings just for my peace of mind. Took almost 2 hours getting the up-pipe sealed with no leaks but it runs like a champ now and the weather was perfect for it!! Next week it's a coolant filter and changing transmission oil and filter. It'll be like a new truck.

It really does. I usually take it someonewhere to have that sort of stuff done but after starting it up and driving off for a test drive, it felt good knowing I did all that work. (with the help of the guys here on FTE of course) I LOVE this forum.

Today I let a friend drive it down the street and realized how much louder the exhaust is from the outside. Also rode home in the back seat and felt like I was in a limo, there's a ton of room back there.

Did you notice any difference at all with the Banks elbow?

For $120 and less than 10 min of work, its a good investment
I installed my coolant filter 2 years ago & have never had to change the filter as it has never plugged (stays hot-they go cold when plugged up). Just shows you that not everyone has the same issues. Of course I bought 4 extra filters that I will probably never need

Well ive only driven it the once since install & i could not tell if theres any additional power feel BUT i will say this B4 i put the elbow/pipe on i could easily get my EGT alarm to come on (set @ 1350) while on Level 3, throttled down / pickin up mad speed on highway & after install (driving the same way) i seemed to have shaved off appx. 150-200 degrees....
Does that make sense (maybe air flows to intercooler that much better)
