utjer is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
I had 4 ball joints and one outer tie rod replaced on mine. Picking up the truck this evening. By the way, the dealership was about $200-400 cheaper than everyone else I got quotes from. Would have done it myself, I was just lacking on time. Needed it done quick. I have a big trip towing coming up.

KJG20036.0 is starting off with a positive reputation.
Looked at it sitting in the drive as I fell all the way down into the seat of my wife's civic. That is a long fall for a guy my height! Darn fuel prices...

I think the excursion deserves the prestige of the Powerstroke badges! Plus the look awesome. I want those new mirrors as well but Ford wants $3800 a pair with only heat and power adjust!!!!! Highway robbery I say. Even eBay is $500-600

Good eye You are correct!
That is a plugged cat... caused by coolant flowing into the exhaust from a bad EGR cooler (imagine that). It should look more like a screen.

Are they hooked up to the reverse gear selector or to an upfitter switch?

Can you share what kit you got?

Thanks guys.
Zhilton, I think you'll be fine doin it, just check for cops first lol

I dont have the upfitter switches in my truck (yet) so I just used a regular switch for now. I have a 3 way switch that I want use but I gotta figure out how to wire it up first. I wanted the option of having the lights on when I was hooking up a trailer or anytime i needed them on without having the truck in reverse so thats why I didnt just tap into the reverse light wire.
I ordered everything off of etrailer.com. Here are the part numbers from their website:

BUL72CB -- 6 1/2 in LEDs
A45CB -- 2 wire pigtail for reverse lights
A70GB -- Rubber grommet

I also got about 20ft of wire loom, an inline fuse (3amp), a 2 1/2 inch hole saw and a switch from the parts store.
Here's a couple of pics, I have more in my gallery.
