Will do. Did you save the old down pipe or did it get cut and recycled?

It seems that who ever installed the kit did not bother to fit it correctly.
The report is all the flanges are leaking do to poor job fitting them in.

I like that idea.
The 4" was on my truck when I bought it. You would probably be better off with a 3.5" down pipe.
My 4" has cat deleted and a Walker 40" (9" diameter) straight through semi-truck muffler and a 5" turndown tip.

It has a 3.5" down pipe on it now but leaks do to the poor install.
Maybe I can tweak it so that it does not leak.

It's quiet in the cab, still has a little bark when you get on it. I do miss the straight pipe sometimes.

I never had stock setup on it, so I can't compare. I mainly put the muffler on because I had a bad drone at just below 2k rpm with straight pipe. I'm pretty sure that the drone was actually caused by my downpipe touching the firewall. I found the bottom section of it was loose when I was installing the muffler so I repositioned it and tightened it up.

The walker is plenty quiet, but you don't get any good bark out of it unless you are WOT.

I still think my '95 7.3 sounded better than the 6.0

Just a couple. Performance tune and cold pavement don't mix well.

lol that they dont... i have the same problem with the summer performance tires on my stang when the winter comes around lol

still sounded good though... i liked that you didnt have your camera right off the exhaust pipe like other videos i found.. makes for hard time figuring out how good/bad an exhaust sounds when they stick it right off the pipes..

Hey guys.

If someone is going to be under a 4x4 6.0 could you take a picture of the driver's side frame rail? I'm trying to get an image of what the fuel lines look like back there and can't on my truck.

Thanks.

Jack I can take some photos tonight as I am working on the other truck.
Do you have any that you need a lot of detail on?

Thanks Sean. What I've put together for a pictorial is how I moved my HFCM to behind the transfer case, not that anyone else is going to do the work. I took only a few pictures when I did this a decade ago, not really planning of doing a pictorial as I did back then on TDS. So I just need to show from the inside what is located there pre install, and what the existing suction and return lines look like. I started taking some photos maybe a year ago so I could put together most of what I need, but right now I can't crawl under vehicles, and I can't find anything googling.

The HFCM is gone in this set of photos so I can get at where the frame has the bend.
You can see the clean spot where it was mounted. If you want other photos let me know
and I can crawl under either of the trucks and take photos. just let me know where
you need me to point the lens to take what you need.

Lots of room under there when the transfer case is missing.
