Correct, it is just the shell. Saves me hours and hours of sanding and prepping though!

I kind of wish i had a new tailgate for TGM, the bottom is getting rusty hehe. But i don't want to deal with pulling all the guts out and stuff. At least not till i plan to replace some things in there. I would love to have a working window switch back there for sure, then a happily greased regulator would be awesome as well. Dreams can happen with time!

Finally an update!

I got the roller nearly complete, I still need to get rear rotors, u bolts and spring plates but it is on all fours!!!

The radius arms are really long, now that it has tires on it you can see how long they are.

That is looking great! The springs and Radius arms are looking mean on there. I do have a question though, i thought rear discs were bad on these, i thought they were too sensitive on adjustments or something. I had been considering a disc swap on TGM some time down the road.

Coming along very nicely. I wonder if you will need limiting straps on the front axle? Those arms do look like they will allow a ton of travel and flex on the front end. Keep up the good work.

It is all in the proportioning valve, if it adjusted properly rear discs are great.

I will be running limit straps but I am still undecided on what length of shocks to go with. Once I am decided on those I can have the limit straps made.
To measure for shocks I need to have some more weight on the frame and I still need rear axle u bolts and spring plates, I can't really measure flex until that happens.

Main reason is budget, the other is that this will be a road machine which will rarely see a trail (if ever) and I couldn't see putting a 4 link in it for the road.

Actually they should be great due to the separation and bushings.
The longer the arm the less forward the axle has to travel before it can travel up.
And with both the upper links on the whole front axle will act like a sway bar.
If I take off one of the upper links off I have a very flexy 3 link.

Small update...
I bit the bullet today and since I was moving the body I decided to take the tub to get sand blasted!!

Oh yeah, the move to Vegas has been postponed for six months, I want to have this pig driving by then.
I am hoping that with the body cleaned and blasted and at my house instead of across town at my buddy's I will have some more motivation.

I will have to redo some of the body work I have done but I will have a completely rust free tub to start with.
