im worried about camshaft wear and am about to tear off the valve covers and check everything out and try to measure the lift on a couple suspect or all the lobes. i've searched and havent found the factory camshaft specs for lift.

If it matters its a 360 2bbl cam

My '73 shop manual shows intake lobe lift 0.247" and exhaust 0.249" with the maximum allowable lobe lift loss 0.005"
