OK, go to http://www.motorcraftservice.com then click on OWNERS GUIDE in the left column. In the next screen select the year and model, you'll see the available manuals for that model appear in the lower window.

Yes, change the transmission fluid also.

There is a great write-up on how to DIY flush a 4R100 transmission on this forum, in the tech folder I think.

Wow, complicated.......and very expensive. I need 16.8L (17.7 quarts)....

(12) 10 oz Bottles of Lubegard M-V Automatic Transmission oil fluid 153,25 $, that means I need oil for 726$....

I had my fluid contaminated with coolant and even flushing with 20 quarts did not remove all the contamination. Check if you have converter drain.

i too brought a 2012 C Class with a F450 triton v10 and NO owner's manual, tried to follow your link to download owner's manual and was not able to do it, any assistance would be greatly appreciated
