update:
I have a friend who does custom engine and supercharger systems, after talking to him about the troubles he thought electrical, which he is an expert on, so now the truck sits at his busy shop waiting his diagnosis.

Lets hope he finds something.

not trying to beat a dead horse or anything but what was the out come. My neighbor had the same problem on his 2007 f250 4x4 w/5.4.

 

Sorry to say we swapped out the engine, I had 3 different mechanics look at it and none could figure it out.

 

Hi have you had any cam phaser problems with your 2007 F250. Thanks John I'm looking at a '07 F250 with 155k miles, original owner, no phaser issues. I want to buy it but am concerned. You would think Ford would have solved the issue by 2007. Thanks John
