The seats will fit for sure. I swapped a 94' model seat into a 86' no bolt hole problems at all. the dash probably can be swapped, but I think that you would need to swap the A-pillars and maybe even the door panels for it to work. I am not sure why you are wanting to do a swap, but if it is because the 84' interior is damage then you might consider LMC parts. I have used them on several 80s' model fords and their interior parts are pretty good. If you have the full interior to another truck then that might be your best bet.
