Exclamation Good news and a bit of a problem

Hey all! I'll go with good news first. I finally added my 94 Lightning to the garage and added some pics and info! Check it out If you are interested.

Second is bad news, I may have a problem. I noticed oil breather cap was spraying a bit of oil down on the plug wires, so i figured to check my pcv valve. After a bit of poking around I found the the air line going from the from the oil filler spout was plugged. Some one had shoved a couple of nuts threaded onto a broken bolt and shoved it into a rubber fitting. Then after more poking around I found where the pcv tube goes into the upper intake. I tried tracing it to get to the valve, but wouldn't you know it, the tube had been cut, bent over and wire-tied shut.

I'm wondering, do I need a pcv valve if I have a breather? I'm assuming yes. If that is the case how do i get put a new one in. Isn't the port for it in the back of the lower intake and do I need to remove the upper to get to it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
