Hey im new her but had a question of what ill need as far as spacers between my bell housing n tranfets case. In my 79 bronco 351m with auto trans. I wanna put the 4 spd manuel that shouldve been the power behind it in the first place. But what i see is the transfer case is farther back then all the other transfer cases of the original bronco with 4 spd and also the f150's with n without manuel transmissions.... ugh i just want it Manuel ttans...

 

I dont wanna changes driveline lengths. Just seems like rigjt now the tranfer case is way back compared to all my other 78 n 79 f150 n broncos

 

The crossmember has some adjustment built into it, the auto and manual trans crossmembers are the same.

Get yourself and NP435, the transfer case will bolt right up to it.

 

Thanks. i see theres adjustment but the current location of my tranfer case position is very far back. N putting the shorter 4 spd will moving the case a few good inches forward. Like my f150 the gap seems the same bewtween the bell housing n tranfer case. Maybe im not seeing it corre tly
