GTG. We need to have one soon!

We need to start to get something together for a gathering, and meet and greet. Lots of new faces to put with names.

Obviously we are a pretty big state and finding a place that everyone can meet would be best. Which is also the main reason to try and do something well in advance.

Worked out pretty good last time to meet in a park on a Sunday, bring a dish to pass and what you want to drink. Once we get a decent head count we can figure out about grilling options. Maybe we can find a car/truck show to hang out and make a presence at.

Remember this is a family event bring everyone, kids, pets, others that may be interested in joining the chapter and making us grow.

Post up what you think. Places and dates and I can put a poll together by 10th.

Silver Lake? Lots of camping areas and those without campers have cheap hotel choices.

I am so liking you already Chad!

Silver lake would be awesome. I am going up Memerial weekend! We can do someting then. I'll have a cottage for the weekend. Would be easy to have a cook out and stuff right there, lake access, of the dunes!

That sounds good to me. My truck probably won't be ready for that kind of trip but I would like to see those that can. I just got the engine running again today. A Carter BBD carb with electric choke is a big improvement over the Holley 94. No door on the driver's side as I am in "hinge-pin-hell". Just let me know when and where and what I can do to help.

That would be awesome for just a quick Sunday gathering. We need to try and have a big one and get some of the northern people involved.

I'm up for any given Sunday to meet up there and grill ad chill there though.

What about meeting in a parking lot a few days before the woodward dream cruise in the summer. It would be too crouded to meet on the day of the dream cruise, and there are still a whole bunch of cars driving around before the dream cruise.
